R. Scott Pecher

Scott Pecher brings experienced and compassionate representation to his clients.  Scott grew up in St. Louis and obtained his undergraduate and law degree from Mizzou.  He represents clients in personal injury, wrongful death and workers’ compensation claims and dedicates part of his practice to estate planning–drafting Wills, Trusts and Powers of Attorney for clients.

Scott has significant knowledge and trial experience representing victims of truck crashes, car crashes and other serious injury cases.  He has investigated and negotiated catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases in more than 25 states across the U.S., including multiple cases where settlements exceeded $5 million dollars.  He has been listed as a Top 100 Personal Injury Lawyer by The National Trial Lawyers, a Rising Star by SuperLawyers Magazine and is a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

Scott lives close to our Eureka office with his wife, Catherine, and their three children.  Outside of work, Scott enjoys traveling with his wife, coaching youth soccer, supporting St. Louis City SC and, although oftentimes futile, cheering on the Missouri Tigers.
